Also, please understand that appointment times are approximate. I do my best to arrive on time. However, the many variables in this line of work sometimes require more time than expected in order to satisfy an appointment, particularly when repairs are needed.

Traffic conditions also can cause delays. Still, it's rare that I'm more than 20 minutes behind. Sometimes, I'm early.
